Chicago Calumet IMF Paving Project - 2.12.24

Beginning Monday, February 12, a paving project will begin at our Chicago Calumet Intermodal Facility located at 2040 East 106th Street Chicago, IL 60617. The work will take place adjacent to pad tracks 6 through 8 in lot T8, highlighted in yellow on the attached map.

The project is estimated to last through Monday, June 3. During this period, parking previously assigned to T8 will be moved to a newly opened parking lot behind the roundhouse, highlighted in green on attached map.

During the project, drivers will ingate and outgate using the normal entrance and exits and may encounter delay while gating due to the construction. Detour routes will be marked throughout the facility and drivers should obey all signage and temporary changes in traffic patterns. Drivers should also maintain safe speeds and be aware of construction crews and vehicles while on the facility.

No shipment departure or availability delays are expected as a result of the project.
